Hajime Kitaoka

Hajime Kitaoka (Consul General of Japan in Edinburgh) was presented with the 2015 Shogun Commander award for his outstanding services to Scotland and Japan.  His wife, Yoko Kitaoka was also honoured with a gift for her assistance in promoting friendship between both our nations.
