Masataka Tarahara

Mr Masataka Tarahara, Japan’s Consul General  was invited to the International Karate Festival and awarded the SCOTTISH SAMURAI award for services to the fighting arts in Scotland.

The prize was presented by the President of the National Karate Federation, Scotland, Mr Ronnie Watt OBE, ORS, 8th Dan.
